Finishing Power

July 6, 2016 – Week 6 MTC

I can’t believe I am 19 days away from KOREA! It blows my mind how fast time is flying by. This week I have been focusing a lot on faith and the power it can have in our lives. This last Tuesday, we had a devotional from a retired general authority and he gave a power sermon on the “Finishing Power of Faith”… it made me think about how unlimited we are with Jesus Christ. He finishes everything for us. We just simply do our best, have faith, and turn the rest over to Him. When we are able to have faith, He finishes it all for us and helps us accomplish even more than we could ever do on our own.
Kind of a short thought for the week, oops.
The Church is true! I love being a missionary. I’ve never felt such deep happiness. It truly is the greatest feeling on earth. Until next week!

PS:  Hey good news. I’m up to reading 5 pages in the Korean Book of Mormon every day. I memorize more words daily and can translate almost every sentence I want now. It just takes a while to translate it in my head and I need a dictionary to look up words haaha. The gift of tongues is real.
